Job summary

2B Residential in Rogers, AR is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant for The Plaza at Pinnacle Hills. You will coordinate apartment tours, greet prospects, and help maintain occupancy while delivering friendly, accurate information.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of leasing experience and familiarity with Yardi, possess a valid driver's license, and can work Friday through Sunday up to 24 hours weekly. Compensation includes hourly pay and bonus commissions.

Qualifications

• One year of leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and host tours for prospects, follow up on guest cards.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and stocked with move-in gifts.
• Answer and route incoming calls and messages throughout the day.
• Receive and distribute all incoming mail.
• Assist with planning and hosting after-hours resident events.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs and maintain move-in folders and records.
• Maintain accurate resident files and confidential information.
