Job summary

The Trails at Paradise Valley in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant to promote available apartments and turn tours into leases. You will work closely with the Community Director and serve as the main contact for the community clubhouse, greeting residents and guests while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include answering calls, processing applications, presenting units and amenities, developing relationships, and preparing leases.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Persuasive marketing and sales techniques.
• Past leasing experience preferred.
• All applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screening, and must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and professionally, turning incoming calls into resident leads.
• Present apartment units and community amenities to prospective residents.
• Develop and maintain community relationships.
• Prepare leases and lease renewals.
• Process resident applications.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled.
