Job Functions:

• Respond to phone and email leads to convert them into tours.
• Identify guest needs, conduct tours, and invite them to join our community.
• Complete lease administration accurately and timely.
• Set goals and prioritize work to optimize community performance.
• Contribute to occupancy targets through leasing and renewals.
• Promote the community locally via social media, events, and reputation management.
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and office cleanliness daily.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred; 1 year sales or leasing experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license required; CALP certification is a plus.
