The Part-Time Leasing Consultant is responsible for being a great team member in a high-energy community with 136 units in North Andover, MA. The role involves creating satisfaction and well-being for all residents, responding to inquiries, conducting site tours, preparing lease paperwork, and data entry. Must be able to work at least 2 weekdays and every Saturday.

Daily activities include:

• Taking prospects from traffic to resident
• Maintaining closing ratios
• Ensuring the property is kept in excellent condition
• Collecting rental deposits
• Processing rental paperwork

Eligible for educational offerings such as Dolben University and NAA Designations (e.g., NALP, CAM) for professional growth.

Qualifications:

• An Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in property management or customer service
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
