Roundhouse is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Riverwalk Apartments and Boutique Sites in Boise, ID. The role is full-time and on-site, with an hourly wage of $18.00–$20.00 plus commissions, Monday–Friday 9am–6pm.

You will lead tours, process applications, and drive occupancy while delivering excellent resident service. Benefits include a zero-cost medical plan, a 401(k) match, and an employee housing discount.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience as Leasing Consultant or in a sales role is preferred.
• Strong sales and customer-service skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects, answer questions, give tours, and verify eligibility as the first contact.
• Close leases and hit occupancy and renewal goals.
• Process applications, renewals, notices, move-ins/move-outs, transfers, and service requests.
• Build resident relations and drive retention.
• Walk the community daily to maintain tours, models, and common areas.
• Manage communications and keep CRM and records up to date.
• Assist with pricing insights and market trends.
