If so, we are looking for you to join our team as a Leasing Consultant/Recertification and Occupancy Specialist at our (HUD Project Based Section 8 and LIHTC) affordable housing community Circle Park in Chicago, IL.

Compensation

• $24.00-$26.00 per hour
• Annual Performance Bonus

Compensation depends on various factors, including qualifications and location. Final offers are based on a comprehensive assessment of the candidate's background and role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent affordable housing accommodations and foster a welcoming community
• Process certifications (initial, interim, annual) and calculate retroactive rent in accordance with guidelines
• Collect documentation, verify information, and apply correct rents for recertifications
• Review and finalize HUD 50059 forms, prepare rent repayment agreements, and explain rent calculations
• Review EIV reports, resolve discrepancies, and manage multiple projects efficiently
• Support site and office operations as assigned

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience with high volume HUD Project Based Section 8 and/or LIHTC certifications
• Real Page One Site experience, Notary public, COS/TCS/BOS credentials are a plus
• Availability: Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM
