Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to promote the community, process leases, and support management in resident programs and retention. The role includes touring properties to help future residents find homes and coordinating events to engage residents.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, sales skills, and clear communication. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma (or equivalent) are required, with experience in Tax Credit properties preferred.

• Customer service or sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tax Credit experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more.
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Campaign research, reporting and retention.
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations.
