Job summary

Arlington Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects, present community features, and guide applicants from tour to move-in. You will manage the leasing process, provide pricing information, and maintain accurate resident records.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• 1+ year leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Familiar with Fair Housing laws and leasing policies.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Resident Relations: greet prospects, conduct property tours, and explain community features.
• Manage the full leasing process from application to move-in; provide pricing and policy information; maintain up-to-date resident files; support retention and renewal efforts.
• Marketing & Visibility: promote the property through outreach and marketing ideas; monitor advertising platforms; analyze leasing trends and market surveys.
• Operations & Support: collect applications and deposits; enter service requests; coordinate with maintenance; assist with vendor access as needed.
