Arlington Properties, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the community. You’ll greet prospects, tour facilities, and drive leasing success while supporting residents and occupancy goals.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, marketing ideas, and accurate leasing processes in a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1+ years in leasing, sales, or customer service is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing policies.
• Comfort with digital tools and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and explain community features.
• Manage the full leasing process from application to move-in.
• Provide accurate pricing, availability and policy information.
• Maintain up-to-date resident files and support retention efforts.
• Support marketing and outreach to promote the property and monitor ads.
