Job summary

MAA Park Point in Houston is seeking a Leasing Consultant to build relationships with prospective residents, demonstrate the value of living in a MAA community, and drive lease signings. You will screen applicants, relay community benefits, and support marketing events to sustain occupancy and financial performance.

The role requires 1+ year in sales, hospitality, or leasing, with MS Office proficiency; a high school diploma is required, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, and/or leasing.
• Knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective residents to secure lease agreements.
• Communicate the value and overall experience of living at a MAA community.
• Assist with property marketing activities and resident events.
