AMLI Residential is searching for an Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team at AMLI Warner Center.

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the face of AMLI Warner Center, creating memorable experiences for prospective and current residents. Your day-to-day will include:

1. Engaging with Prospects & Residents: Greet, qualify, and build relationships with potential residents, helping them find their perfect home.
2. Showcasing Our Community: Conduct tours of our apartments and highlight what makes AMLI Warner Center the place to live.
3. Driving Occupancy Goals: Use your sales and marketing skills to generate leads through phone, internet, and social media.
4. Creating a Sense of Community: Plan and host resident events that foster community and make our property feel like home.
5. Ensuring a Seamless Leasing Process: Handle applications, lease documentation, and ensure all details are managed carefully.
6. Building Local Connections: Network with apartment locators and local businesses to promote our property.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years in leasing, sales, or customer service.
• Passion: For people and customer service, creating positive experiences and lasting relationships.
• Marketing Skills: Knowledge of social media, networking, and marketing strategies.
• Availability: Weekend availability is preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus.
