Job summary

Bryten is seeking a Leasing Consultant at La Costa at Dobson Ranch in Mesa to welcome prospective and current residents, conduct tours, and support leasing outcomes.

You will handle applications, renewals, and resident inquiries while maintaining organized records and coordinating with maintenance for a high-standard community. On-site role with strong customer service emphasis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in leasing or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with PM software like Yardi/ResMan is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective and current residents in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartments and amenities.
• Assist residents through leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications and lease renewals accurately.
• Respond to questions and service requests promptly.
• Support resident retention with strong customer service.
• Maintain organized resident files and leasing records.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep the community in top condition.
• Assist with marketing and outreach to hit occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused **Leasing Consultant**to join our team and play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for prospective and current residents. **What You’ll Be Doing**As our **Leasing Consultant**, you'll be the welcoming face of the community—responsible for creating exceptional experiences for prospective and current residents while supporting the overall success of the property. Key responsibilities include:• Greeting and engaging prospective residents, current residents, and guests in person, by phone, and through electronic communication • Conducting community tours and showcasing apartment homes and amenities • Assisting prospective residents throughout the leasing process, from initial inquiry through move-in • Processing rental applications, lease renewals, and related documentation accurately and efficiently • Responding to resident questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner • Supporting resident retention efforts through outstanding customer service and community engagement • Maintaining organized and accurate resident files, records, and leasing documentation • Inspecting community appearance and coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure high standards are maintained • Assisting with marketing initiatives and outreach efforts to support occupancy goals • Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and applicable laws • Promoting a positive, welcoming, and inclusive community environment • Performing other duties as assigned**Who You Are** We’re looking for someone who brings energy, leadership, and a passion for people.
