Olen Living is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for Horizon Ridge in Henderson, NV. The role requires 2–3 years of residential leasing experience and strong customer service and sales abilities.

You will conduct tours, process applications, and support move-ins while working in a dynamic, in-office team environment. Qualified candidates should be familiar with Fair Housing laws and Office 365, Excel, and property management software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of residential leasing experience
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Willingness to work weekends

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours of models, vacant apartments, and amenities.
• Utilize leasing software for inquiries, appointments, quotes, and renewals.
• Process rental applications and obtain final approval from the Property Manager.
• Assist in move-in processes and service-request follow-ups.
• Perform market surveys and participate in outreach marketing activities.
• Plan and participate in resident events to promote community engagement.
