Fortis Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Marietta, GA to lease apartments and maximize rent levels while delivering excellent resident service. You will show units, quote prices, collect deposits, and manage the lease process in a fast-paced community.

The role requires familiarity with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, MRI, AppFolio) and MS Office; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior leasing/sales experience is preferred
• Proficiency in social media preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, MRI, AppFolio) preferred

Responsibilities

• Show apartments
• Provide information to prospects via telephone and in person
• Accurately quote prices to prospects
• Follow up on all prospects
• Maintain knowledge of the market and comparable properties
• Prepare and review leases for accuracy
• Maintain lease renewal program
• Collect deposits and rents
• Ensure application paperwork is obtained
