Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong arithmetic, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to de-escalate, problem-solve, and respond sensitively to customer service-related concerns.
• Experience with social media marketing.
• Takes initiative and self-motivated to complete tasks.
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience is required.
• Fair Housing knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; mileage reimbursement may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours.
• Welcome and greet guests and tour prospective residents.
• Process rental applications and schedule move-ins; prepare lease documents.
• Assist with planning and implementation of community marketing plans and events.
• Demonstrate RADCO’s Caring value in interactions with residents and vendors.
• Conduct local market research and competitor visits as needed.
• Travel within the local market; personal vehicle may be required.
