Responsibilities include greeting prospects, qualifying applicants, coordinating move-ins, preparing leases, and handling administrative tasks. A team-oriented environment with growth from within is emphasized, with strong sales/service skills required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of property management experience preferred.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills are essential.
• Desire to work in a team setting with opportunities for internal promotion.

Responsibilities

• Meets and greets prospective residents in a friendly manner.
• Qualifies applicants for apartments in a thorough and timely manner.
• Coordinates with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move-ins for new residents.
• Maintains rental files and enters rental data into the computer.
• Prepares leases and oversees signing of leases by new residents.
• Assists in monthly administrative tasks and keeps property paperwork organized.
• Interacts with residents to resolve maintenance issues and ensure rent payment.
