Job summary

MG Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Andante Apartments in Phoenix. You’ll greet prospects, qualify leads, give tours, and move traffic through the funnel to a signed lease. You’ll coordinate move-ins with maintenance, keep rental files current, and enter data into the property management system with precision.

What You'll Actually Do

Leasing at Andante Apartments in Phoenix means you're the first face a prospect sees and the last impression that converts a tour into a signed lease. Traffic comes in, and your job is to move it through the funnel: greet, qualify, tour, close. That's the core loop. You'll work with maintenance to coordinate smooth move-ins, keep rental files current and accurate, and enter data into the property management system without letting anything slip. Delinquency conversations, maintenance complaints, lease signings, all of that lands in your lap on any given shift.

The administrative side is real. Monthly reporting tasks, organized paperwork, lease preparation, these aren't afterthoughts. A leasing consultant who can tour a prospect in the morning and reconcile files in the afternoon is the one who actually keeps occupancy healthy. What You Bring

• At least one year of property management or leasing experience (preferred)
