MG Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Andante Apartments in Phoenix, AZ. You will provide exceptional customer service, employ effective sales and marketing techniques, and maintain high occupancy at the property.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, qualifying applicants, coordinating with maintenance, handling leases, and performing monthly administrative tasks with organized records. Team-focused with growth from within is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1 year of property management experience preferred.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills are essential.
• Consent to potential audio recordings during work duties.
• Desire to work in a team setting with internal promotion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Meets and greets prospective residents in a friendly manner.
• Qualifies applicants for apartments promptly.
• Coordinates with maintenance for smooth move-ins.
• Maintains up-to-date rental files and enters data into the computer.
• Prepares leases and oversees signing of leases by new residents.
• Assists in monthly administrative tasks and keeps paperwork organized.
• Interacts with residents to resolve issues and ensure timely rent payments.

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant for our beautiful property Andante ApartmentsinPhoenix, AZ.

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents, while utilizing professional sales and marketing techniques, and solid customer service skills to maintain high occupancy at the apartment property.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Meets and greets prospective residents, in a timely and friendly manner.
• Qualifies applicants for apartments in a thorough and timely manner.
• Coordinates with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move-ins for the new residents.
• Maintains thorough and up-to-date rental files. Accurately enters rental data into the computer.
• Prepares leases for and oversees the signing of leases by new residents.
• Assists in completion of monthly administrative tasks and ensures property's paperwork is organized and complete.
• Interacts with residents in a professional manner to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely payment of rents.

Qualifications

• 1 year ofproperty management experience preferred!
• Excellent sales and customer service skills are essential!
