Berger Communities is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Goshen Manor Apartments in West Chester, PA. You will be the first impression for future residents, greeting visitors, giving tours, and guiding applicants through the leasing process.

You will match prospects with apartments, process applications, prepare lease paperwork, and help coordinate move-ins while supporting outreach and marketing efforts. Competitive hourly pay, bonuses, and a strong benefits package start after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Two years sales and/or customer service experience required.
• Apartment leasing experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

• $20-$21/hour, paid biweekly, plus:

Type:

Full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule and rotating Saturdays.
