Job summary

GSF Properties is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to join our 303-unit Fresno community. You’ll welcome prospective residents, conduct tours, answer questions, process applications, coordinate move-ins and renewals, and support marketing efforts to keep the property thriving.

Ideal candidates have leasing or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Previous leasing, sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to build rapport, follow up with prospects, and close leases.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn property management software.
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
Ability to walk the property and conduct apartment tours.
Must be available to work Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and Sundays, 10:00 AM-4:00 PM.

Responsibilities

Welcome prospective residents and conduct apartment tours.
Answer questions, process applications, and coordinate move-ins/renewals.
Support marketing efforts, follow up on leads, and build relationships with residents.
Maintain organization and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
