Job summary

GSF Properties in Fresno, CA is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to help people find their next home and grow their career. You will greet prospective residents, conduct apartment tours, answer questions, process applications, and coordinate move-ins and renewals for our 303-unit community.

You should be organized, dependable, and enjoy teamwork. The role requires strong communication and customer service, with Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM–4:00 PM, 37.5 hours per

GSF Properties is looking for a friendly, motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team in Fresno. If you enjoy meeting new people, providing great customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll welcome prospective residents, conduct apartment tours, answer questions, process applications, coordinate move-ins and renewals, and help keep our 303-unit community thriving. You'll also assist with marketing efforts, follow up on leads, and build positive relationships with both current and future residents.

We're looking for someone who is outgoing, organized, dependable, and eager to grow in the property management industry. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent customer service are essential.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, and Sunday, 10:00 AM-4:00 PM
Days Off: Friday & Saturday
Pay: $18-$19 per hour + benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
