Job Location: Woodland Oaks - Conway, AR 72032 | Position Type: Full Time | Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 Hourly.

The Leasing Consultant assists current and future residents in all leasing related tasks and acts as the face of the Community. They maintain an upbeat attitude and are responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming living space for all residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain occupancy above 95% striving toward 100% with a sales-oriented mindset
• Assist future residents with finding a perfect apartment to call home
• Provide a positive and genuine experience to all current and future residents
• Use strategic consultative selling skills to achieve 100% Community Occupancy
• Use high level communication skills when dealing with current and future resident
• Prioritize tour path and ensure curb appeal is up to par on property – communicate any feedback to Maintenance team and Community Manager
• Ensure leases are complete and correct
• Be an expert in using marketing techniques and social media to promote community and its events
• Strong ability to mediate and assess current and future resident feedback
• Assist with resident retention activities
• Schedule and follow up with progress of maintenance work orders and future move ins
• Ability to travel or float to cover local sites within central Arkansas locations located in close proximity (up to 10% travel or less with mileage reimbursement provided)

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years on-site as a Leasing Consultant preferred
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
• RealPage and Knock experience is preferred
• Competence in Microsoft Suite and Property Management Software strongly preferred
• Participate in training to comply with new or existing Fair Housing laws
• Present self in a neat, clean, and professional manner at all times
• Proven background of ability to covering multi-site locations through flexibility
• Comply with expectations as demonstrated in the Employee Handbook
