Job summary

Lyon Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant Floater to support apartment communities across the South Bay and San Jose, CA. This full-time role focuses on guiding prospective residents, tours, and lease execution, while delivering exceptional service and fostering a welcoming community.

Eligible candidates will meet the customer service and sales requirements and be able to work flexible hours including weekends, with a focus on achieving occupancy goals and maintaining a vibrant property

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of strong customer service and/or sales experience.
• Retail, hospitality, and/or food & beverage background.
• Property management background is a plus.
• Flexible scheduling and available to work on weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes positive and welcoming customer interactions.
• Conducts community tours for future residents.
• Generates leads and leases apartment homes to meet occupancy goals.
• Qualifies prospective residents by verifying applications and lease documents.
• Collects rental deposits and application fees.
• Maintains market presence and community value.
• Creates team and resident experiences.
• Provides exceptional service to residents, vendors, staff, and guests.
