Job Summary:

Responsible, under the supervision of the Business Manager or Leasing Manager, for marketing, leasing, and pre-leasing apartment homes. Coordinate Move-In information forms and resolve resident issues/concerns as necessary. This position is a floater role, requiring you to assist at different properties within the regional manager’s portfolio as needed. It is an on-site, full-time position reporting to the Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leasing & Tours: Greet and assist prospective residents, give property tours, explain lease terms, and guide applicants through the leasing process.
• Marketing & Outreach: Support marketing efforts, stay informed on local amenities and competitors, promote community features, and maintain online reputation.
• Resident Relations: Provide excellent customer service, resolve concerns, assist with move-ins, welcome new residents, and support resident events and communication.
• Administrative Support: Process applications, collect deposits, maintain records, organize lease files, handle daily communications, and manage office supplies.
• Property Upkeep: Regularly inspect apartments and community areas, report maintenance or safety issues, and submit service requests.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the team to meet leasing goals and support daily operations, fostering a positive, professional environment.

Additional Compensation:

Employee pay factors include business requirements, experience, skills, and location. The role may be eligible for bonuses on a bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual basis based on performance.

Summary of Benefits*:
