Job Summary:
Responsible, under the supervision of the Business Manager or Leasing Manager, for marketing, leasing, and pre-leasing apartment homes.Coordinate Move-In information forms and resolve resident issues/concerns a s necessary. This is a floater position, which requires you to commute to and assist at different properties under the regional manager’s portfolio, as needed. Th is is an on-site, full-time position requiring availability on Saturdays.

Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range, including business requirements, prior experience, current skills, and geographical location.
