Job Summary

Responsible, under the supervision of the Business Manager or Leasing Manager, for marketing, leasing, and pre-leasing apartment homes. Coordinate move-in information forms and resolve resident issues/concerns as necessary. This is a floater position, requiring you to commute to and assist at different properties under the regional manager's portfolio, as needed. This is an on-site, full-time position requiring availability on Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

• Leasing and Tours: Greet and assist prospective residents, give property tours, explain lease terms, and guide applicants through the leasing process.
• Marketing and Outreach: Support marketing efforts, stay informed on local amenities and competitors, promote community features, and maintain online reputation.
• Resident Relations: Provide excellent customer service, resolve resident concerns, assist with move-ins, welcome new residents, and support resident events and communication.
• Administrative Support: Process applications, collect deposits, maintain records, organize lease files, handle daily communications, and manage office supplies.
• Property Upkeep: Inspect apartments and community areas, report maintenance or safety issues, and submit service requests.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the team to meet leasing goals and support daily operations, fostering a positive work environment.

Additional Compensation

Many factors influence pay within the posted range, including business needs, experience, skills, and location. The role may be eligible for bonuses based on performance.
