Job summary

BG Staffing is seeking a personable Apartment Leasing Consultant to support a thriving Chattanooga community. You will tour apartment homes, lease units to prospective residents, and provide outstanding customer service.

The role requires at least 1 year of leasing experience and familiarity with Yardi, OneSite, or BlueMoon. Weekly pay and a fast hiring process are provided. Temporary, temp-to-perm options available to build your resume.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience.
• Knowledge of Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon or similar software.
• Understanding of Fair Housing regulations.
• Strong sales ability with a proven track record.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Tour apartment homes and confidently lease units to prospective residents.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong resident relationships.
• Manage applications, lease paperwork, and follow-ups with accuracy.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist in daily office operations.
• Support marketing efforts and community events.
• Assist residents with concerns and submit service requests.
