Pegasus Residential is seeking a driven Leasing Consultant to help prospective residents find the perfect apartment home and provide exceptional service that makes living in our communities enjoyable.

You will use consultative selling and strong communication skills to create a positive, genuine experience for residents, including renewals that support the company’s long-term sustainability and growth.

Using high-level communication skills along with strategic consultative selling skills, your dynamic, supportive, and considerate personality, combined with community knowledge, provide the positive and genuine experience people crave and seldom discover when looking for their home.

When you deliver the level of caring customer service key to residents fully enjoying their living experience at a Pegasus community, you gain a sense of self-worth and satisfaction that comes as a result of performing a job well. Renewals, important to company sustainability, become the norm rather than a challenge.
