Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role preferred.
• Must demonstrate exceptional customer service and professional image.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to work in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing practices is a plus.

The position will also interact with current residents regarding day-to-day issues as well as coordinating the renewals of existing leases.
