Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents, coordinate community tours, and respond to leasing inquiries.

You will interact with current residents on day-to-day issues and assist with renewals, serving as a communications hub among residents, management, and maintenance teams. The role requires 1+ years of customer service experience, a professional image, and the ability to work in a team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role preferred.

The position will also interact with current residents regarding day-to-day issues as well as coordinating the renewals of existing leases.
