Job summary

Centerspace seeks a Leasing Consultant for Cascade Shores Apartments in Rochester, MN. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, meet occupancy goals, and build strong relationships with tenants.

You will report to the Community Leader, work Saturdays, and complete a 35-minute pre-employment assessment. Benefits include paid time off, holidays, and rental discounts.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Background in sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of property management software (MRI, Yardi) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing funnel for the assigned community to maximize occupancy.
• Generate sales through advertising, outreach, and grass roots efforts.
• Coordinate leasing documents for move-ins and conduct new resident orientation.
• Provide excellent service to current residents and support retention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records in property management software and files.
