Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong customer service skills and sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and present property features and benefits to secure leases.
• Explain the TAA Lease Contract to residents and prospects.
• Ensure units are ready and coordinate move-in packets and day-of move-ins.
• Market the property by coordinating resident activities and events.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and team members.
• Conduct daily property walks to uphold curb appeal.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
