Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of leasing experience required.
• Proficient in word processing, data entry, and Yardi or comparable software.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• NALP certification preferred.
• Complete all assigned Tonti University courses.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, showcase property features and benefits, and secure leases from qualified applicants.
• Provide excellent service so residents feel at home and valued.
• Coordinate with the appropriate team member for support to ensure smooth operations.
