Job summary

Barrett & Stokely Inc. is seeking a full-time Leasing Professional at Nickel Plate - Fishers, IN. You will conduct all leasing activities, give property tours, respond to inquiries, and process move-ins while coordinating renewal tracking and notices.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service or sales experience, possess a valid driver's license, and can pass a background check. On-site work with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property, respond to inquiries, give tours, and coordinate move-ins.
• Recommend on-site marketing strategies and programs.
• Develop and monitor merchant/neighborhood referral programs for move-in packets, newsletters, and resident retention.
• Maintain scores for e-shop, phone shop, and physical shop above 85%.
• Inspect apartments with new residents at move-in and complete paperwork.
• Support Assistant Property Manager with renewals, lease expirations, and notices to vacate.
• Process and report application fees, deposits, rents and other fees.
• Enter prospect and resident data into Entrata timely.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and occupancy standards.
