Job summary

CAPREIT seeks a Leasing Consultant for Sunbrook in Saint Charles, MO. You will provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents, showcase the community, collect applications, and communicate the features and benefits of the property.

Responsibilities include processing applications, handling resident inquiries, and supporting the Community Manager with administrative tasks. Schedule is Monday–Friday with some weekends, and there is a competitive compensation package with benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in apartment leasing
• A valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle/golf cart
• Experience with specialized property management software (RealPage, OneSite, and/or Yardi), or the ability to learn such software
• A working knowledge of current technologies and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents by planning and participating in marketing activities to attract prospective residents; greeting applicants, showcasing the community, and collecting applications; communicating the features and benefits of the community with potential residents.
• Assist the Community Manager by processing applications in a timely manner, taking resident phone calls, following up with prospective residents, and completing additional, on-going administrative functions of the community
