Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property, answer inquiries, give tours, and coordinate move-ins.
• Recommend on-site marketing strategies and programs.
• Develop and monitor merchant/neighborhood referral programs for move-in packets and newsletters.
• Maintain property shop scores and ensure accurate data entry in Entrata.
• Support with renewals, lease expirations, and notices to vacate.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and local occupancy guidelines.
