Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospects, residents, and guests both in person and via phone
• Schedule and conduct property tours and interviews with prospective residents
• Address questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Process applications, renewals, and create rental agreements
• Inspect property conditions and coordinate maintenance and cleaning as needed
• Maintain organized resident files and records
• Report issues to the Community Manager
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy with all stakeholders
• Promote resident activities and assist with other duties as assigned

Candidate Qualifications

• High energy and positive attitude to foster a team environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with relevant experience (leasing, hospitality, retail, etc.)
• Ability to work harmoniously with staff, vendors, and residents
• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred
• Fluent in reading and writing English; basic math skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite; experience with Yardi, Resman, or similar software preferred
• Valid driver’s license, current insurance, and reliable transportation required
