Job summary

Revised Personnel is seeking an energetic Leasing Agent to join our growing team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate builds relationships, helps residents find the right apartment home, and delivers excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with marketing units, conduct tours, process applications, and maintain positive relationships with current and future residents. This role offers weekly pay and potential commission opportunities as you grow with the apartment

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Basic computer and email skills required.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, over the phone, and through email.
• Conduct apartment tours and highlight community amenities and features.
• Build relationships with property managers, residents, and prospects.
• Respond to leasing inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Process rental applications, lease agreements, and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community policies.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong closing ratios.
• Assist with resident retention and customer satisfaction.
• Help maintain the appearance and professionalism of the leasing office and model units.
• Utilize property management software such as Yardi or CRM systems when applicable.
