What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing sales, completing lease documents, and inspecting apartments to ensure a positive move-in experience.
  • Understand the property's features and how they meet prospective residents' needs.
  • Implement creative marketing strategies to increase traffic, including online posts, social media, and outreach marketing.
  • Support occupancy and retention by following up with potential and current residents.
  • Use problem-solving skills and judgment to handle unpredictable situations.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and competitors to inform prospective residents effectively.
  • Build relationships with residents through courteous and timely responses.
  • Prepare lease documents, resident files, and applications with attention to detail.
  • Assist in planning and organizing resident events.
  • Support collection efforts for delinquent rents alongside the Assistant Manager.
  • Inspect and maintain the property daily, including office, models, units, and common areas.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

What you must have:

  • A cheerful attitude focused on customer service.
  • Tech-savviness and ability to learn property management applications.
  • Strong skills in sales, leasing, and closing.

What's nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
