Affinity is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the Witham Hill Oaks property in Corvallis, OR. The role is full-time with a Saturday-Wednesday schedule from 9:00am to 6:00pm, offering leasing and renewal commissions and a robust benefits package.

You will handle tours, leasing processes, and resident relations, with 80% in-office work and 20% property inspections. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and have US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service and sales experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task, resolve conflicts and deliver strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and promote the property to prospective residents.
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents.
• Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents.
• Ensure compliance with renter’s insurance and community policies.
• Maintain resident occupancy targets and timely rent collection.
• Collaborate with Property Manager to meet objectives.

Job Title: Leasing Consultant

Employment Type: Full-time

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday from 9:00am - 6:00pm.

Resident Experience:

• Engage with your prospective and current tenants using a professional and courteous approach


• Escalate tenant relation issues to Property Manager

What You’ll Need:

• Authorization to work in the United States


• High School Diploma or equivalent


• 1+ years of customer service and sales experience


• Reliable transportation


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including, Outlook, Word, and Excel


• Demonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior and integrity, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, resolve conflicts, and ambition for continuous professional development


• Approximately 80% in office environment using a computer and phone


• Approximately 20% inspecting property grounds, including apartments, building structure, landscaping, and signage which may require the ability to climb stairs, ladders and maneuver walkways


• Ability to carry or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds
