PLK Communities is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant in Orlando, FL. You will be the friendly, professional face of our community, combining sales, customer service and marketing to attract residents and support leasing goals.

You’ll present property features, secure leases, and maintain exceptional resident and prospect relations while staying informed on local market trends and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local market conditions and marketing techniques.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and leasing software.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
