Trinity Property Consultants in Baltimore seeks a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property, delivering exceptional service and driving leasing goals. You will welcome prospective residents, show units, process applications, and guide move-ins to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.

The role also focuses on resident experience, handling inquiries, processing maintenance requests, and keeping accurate files.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Yardi, Entrata and EliseAI is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and respond promptly to inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Maintain resident files with accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
• Perform inspections to ensure units meet move-in readiness.
• Support property management with administrative tasks and phone support.
• Conduct move-out inspections and assist with turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collections in line with Trinity’s standards.

Compensation:$20 to $23 hourly,depending on experience,plus lease renewal bonuses.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm. Saturday 10am to 5pm, Sunday 12pm to 5pm

Qualifications

• Tech Proficiency: Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Yardi, Entrata,EliseAI,Celeriand social mediais a bonus.

Requirements

Availability & Travel

This positionwillrequireavailability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Active participation in team functions and regionalorcompany activities is expected.

Physical Demands

This positionnecessitatesregular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms. Occasional climbing may berequired. Extended use of computers or telephones is also necessary. The rolemay requirelifting upto 25 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds withassistance. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Candidates must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
