Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property, delivering exceptional service while driving leasing goals and guiding residents through move-in and renewal steps. You’ll grow your career in multifamily property management, with a Monday–Friday schedule 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

and alternating Saturdays. Compensation is $23–$25 per hour plus lease commissions and renewal bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; knowledge of Fair Housing laws a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Yardi or Entrata a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Process rental applications accurately and guide move-in processes.
• Provide superior customer service and handle maintenance requests with the team.
• Maintain unit availability and resident files with accuracy.

Leasing & Sales

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assistin completingmarket surveys and execute marketing strategies tomaintainstrong occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in,ensuring a smooth experience.

Resident Experience & Service

• Provide superior customer service, responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and work with the team to ensuretimelyresolution.
• Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.

Operational & Administrative Performance

• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity’s move-in ready standards.
• Support property management withadministrativeduties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
• Conduct move-out inspections andassistwith property turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collectionsin accordance withTrinity’s standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.

• Tech Proficiency: Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Yardi, Entrata,EliseAI,Celeriand social mediais a bonus.

Availability & Travel

This positionwillrequireavailability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Active participation in team functions and regionalorcompany activities is expected.

Physical Demands

This positionnecessitatesregular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms. Occasional climbing may berequired. Extended use of computers or telephones is also necessary. The rolemay requirelifting upto 25 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds withassistance. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Candidates must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
