Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Expert/Sales Expert in Raleigh to guide prospective residents to the right apartment home with consultative selling and exceptional service.

The role offers hourly pay plus commission, generous benefits, and opportunities for career growth within a supportive team and vibrant culture. You will engage with residents, coordinate showings, and contribute to renewals and referrals.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused leasing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Experience with social media marketing.

• Knowledge of the Raleigh area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents in finding the right apartment home using consultative selling.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to residents and prospects.
• Support renewals to contribute to company stability.
