Job summary

Abbey Residential is seeking a proactive leasing agent to greet prospects, show apartments, prepare lease packages or renewals, and contribute to marketing efforts.

Candidates should have leasing or 2+ years in customer service/sales, experience with onsite operations and a CRM (Knock) is preferred; weekend availability is a plus. Strong customer service and a team-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Leasing experience preferred, but at least 2 years of customer service/sales experience required.
• Able to handle tours, prepare lease packages, and greet prospects/residents.
• Onsite operations and Knock CRM experience preferred.
• Marketing experience including social media content, B2B outreach, and planning resident events with the Property Manager.
• Ability to follow up with prospect and resident requests promptly.
• Excellent customer service skills in person and on the phone.
• Team player with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
• Available to work Saturdays.

Top candidates for this role will have:

• Leasing experience preferred, but at least 2 years of experience in customer service/sales required
• Can perform a broad range of simultaneous duties including prospect tours, preparing lease packages, and greeting prospects/residents
• Onesite and CRM (Knock) experience is preferred
• Marketing experience including creating and curating social media content, business to business outreach, and planning resident events with the help of the Property Manager
• Ability to follow-up with prospect and resident requests in a timely and professional manner
• Outstanding customer service skills both on the phone and in-person
• A team player attitude with a "get things done" mentality
• Available to work Saturdays
