Job summary

Abbey Residential Services, Inc. is seeking a proactive leasing professional to engage prospects, conduct tours, and manage lease packages.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, sales abilities, and CRM usage, including Knock, with opportunities to market the property and plan resident events. Ideal candidates will have leasing or sales experience and be prepared to work Saturdays, delivering exceptional service to prospects and residents while contributing to a team-oriented, goal-driven

Qualifications

• Leasing experience preferred; at least 2 years of experience in customer service/sales required.
• Onsite and Knock CRM experience preferred.
• Marketing experience including social media content, B2B outreach, and planning resident events with PM.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospects, show apartments, prepare lease packages or renewals.
• Market the property and manage social media content.
• Greet prospects and residents; handle inquiries and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Property Manager on resident events and outreach.

Top candidates for this role will have:

• Leasing experience preferred, but at least 2 years of experience in customer service/sales required
• Can perform a broad range of simultaneous duties including prospect tours, preparing lease packages, and greeting prospects/residents
• Onesite and CRM (Knock) experience is preferred
• Marketing experience including creating and curating social media content, business to business outreach, and planning resident events with the help of the Property Manager
• Ability to follow-up with prospect and resident requests in a timely and professional manner
• Outstanding customer service skills both on the phone and in-person
• A team player attitude with a "get things done" mentality
• Available to work Saturdays
