Position: Leasing Consultant

Summit Property Management (Texas) is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Leasing Consultant. Apply Today!

Responsibilities

• Contact prospects and assist them with information about the community.
• Set appointments for tours of the property and target apartments/model.
• Ensure CRM-Elise is utilized to generate and maximize traffic.
• Verify apartment availability and pricing is accurate.
• Assist prospects in applying online.
• Coordinate with onsite teams of apartments being toured, tour routes.
• Listen to all resident & prospect requests, complaints, and comments.
• Partner with the Marketing team with all marketing initiatives.
• Complete market surveys.
• Complete monthly training.
• All duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1+ years of on-site leasing experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Superior customer service attitude.
• Computer proficiency, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• One-Site experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Physical Demands

The job is predominantly sedentary but requires mobility to tour and inspect apartments/communities, including climbing stairs or squatting. Involves sitting, walking, standing, and brief stooping. Repetitive motion of hands and wrists may be required for computer use.
