Job Description: Leasing Consultant (50594) at Summit Property Management

Responsibilities:

• Contact prospects and assist them with community information.
• Set appointments for property tours and target apartments/model units.
• Utilize CRM-Knock to generate and maximize traffic.
• Verify apartment availability and pricing accuracy.
• Assist prospects with online applications.
• Coordinate with onsite teams regarding tours and routes.
• Address resident and prospect requests, complaints, and comments.
• Partner with the Marketing team on initiatives.
• Complete market surveys and monthly training.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1+ years of on-site leasing experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Physical Demands: The role is predominantly sedentary but requires mobility for tours and inspections, including climbing stairs, walking, and occasional stooping. Repetitive hand and wrist motions are involved.
