Job summary

General Services Corporation in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a Leasing Agent to welcome potential residents, show apartments, and guide applicants through the rental process.

The role collaborates with the Property Manager to plan events, assist with lease renewals, and deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects. A sign-on bonus is available after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in sales, marketing and customer service.
• Previous leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Welcome potential residents via phone or in-person to the GSC community.
• Assist in their search for a new apartment home by showing apartments and providing a tour of the community.
• Coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospective residents.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager in coordinating community and resident appreciation events.
• Assist residents with lease renewals and various requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to all residents, prospects, applicants, internal associates, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Must have a least 1+ year experience in sales, marketing and strong customer service.
• Previous leasing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, professional and detailed orientated.
• A willingness to learn, grow professionally, and work collaboratively with a team.

A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, passing of pre-employment background checks, and drug screen are required.
