Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a leasing consultant to attract, screen and lease apartments, conduct property tours, and deliver exceptional resident service. You will work closely with the property manager and team to maximize occupancy and maintain standards.

Stay informed about market trends, respond to inquiries, prepare leases, and coordinate move-ins. Some evenings and weekend work may be required to meet leasing goals.

Job Description:A leasing consultant primary role is to attract and screen potential tenants, provide information about available properties, negotiate lease terms, and ensure a smooth leasing process.As a leasing consultant you will be responsible for leasing properties to prospective tenants, ensuring high occupancy rates, and maintaining positive relationships with current residents. Your role involves marketing and promoting available properties, conducting property tours, screening applicants, negotiating lease agreements, and providing excellent customer service.
